| Sony DV (only) 25 Mb/s Portable Digital VTRs &
Players Note - DV (standard DV or Mini-DV) for NTSC 525 line U.S. Standard is a consumer 25Mb/s component digital format based on 4:1:1 sampling, 8-Bit quantizing, and 5:1 DCT-Type DV chip compression. The SP Standard Play mode recording is generally interchangeable between different manufacturer DV devices, whereas LP or progressive scan recordings are not generally interchangeable for recording or playback. The DSRV10 was discontinued. |
