AJ-HPX3700 Notes
Selectable Recorded Frame rates are from 1-30fps (depending on settings); This unit does not record in SD Standard Definition; pN denotes Native recording where the VariCam records images at the same frame rate set in the camera, the Native recording rate is then the designated time base for file USB operations, or by which pull down or repeated frames on HD-SDI output may be added; PsF denotes Progressive Segmented Frame; IEEE Output and 720P are not supported in this VariCam P2 product, see the AJ-HPX2700 for that capability; Ramping is not supported in P2 VariCam; Variable frame rates are recorded with extra repeated frames in non-Native modes when the selected time base for recording is greater than the number of frames to be recorded, these frames can be dropped by supporting NLE systems based on metadata; 1080P 23.98 signals are recorded with pull down when in the non-Native mode, and the pattern of the HD-SDI output pull-down depends on record settings (23.98P is output as 23.98PsF necessitating a 2:2 pull down); The AJ-YAX800G Proxy Data option occupies a P2 camera slot and Proxy cannot be recorded when recording with the variable frame rate in Native mode, or when Pre-record or Loop-record function is used; the Genlock input is Menu switchable to Video In or Return Video.
